The Alltech Hydrocarbon Trap; Fitting: 0.3cm; 250psig absorbs trace amounts of hydrocarbons and organics from the gas stream. The trap is packed with an activated charcoal to absorb any organic compound larger than methane. Eliminate the contamination caused by the gas streams supplied by generators that use a compressed air source to produce gas, lower grade cylinder gases, and improperly cleaned gas lines. Packed with an activated charcoal which will absorb any organic compound larger than methane. Size and molecular weight of the organic contaminants will greatly effect the capacity of the trap and have a smaller effect on the efficiency of the trap.
