The Amersham Pharmacia Biotech Ettan DALTtwelve System is designed to handle multiple large second-dimension gels in a simple, efficient, and reproducible manner. This DALTtwelve System consists of the Ettan DALT II Separation Unit and Power Supply/Control Unit. The Ettan DALT II Separation Unit accommodates up to twelve 25.5 x 20.5 cm slab gels for separation under identical conditions. The Power Supply/Control Unit supplies a maximum power output of 200 W with a maximum of 600 V or 1 A and features a temperature control range of 10°C to 50°C.
