The Associated Design and MFG Rotary Agitator, Model 3740-12-BRE, is a sample agitation device that easily accommodates glass, Teflon or plastic 2-Liter bottles as well as Zero Headspace Extractors.
Developed for use during the Extraction Procedure, toxicity (EP-TOX)U.S. EPA Method 1310, Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) U.S. EPA Method 1311 and the Synthetic Precipitation Leaching Procedure (SPLP) U.S. EPA Method 1312. designed to rotate up to 2, 4 or 6 extraction vessels in an end-over-end fashion at 30RPM +/- 2.
Ease of Operation: Rotary Agitators use Phipps & Bird/Associated Design's compact motor starter. Proven reliable on hundreds of units, it utilizes a simple run/stop toggle switch and contains standard thermal overload protection.
