The Carver 12 Ton Hydraulic Laboratory Press, Model 3851-0, With Safety Shield And Heated Platens, is a manual press with 12 tons of clamping force and two-columns. Heavily constructed, the press features a daylight opening up to 18″ and an easy to read dual scale analog gauge, reading in pounds force and metric tons.
Each platen features a digital controller for temperatures up to 650°F.
