The Sartorius BIOSTAT A Plus was designed for preliminary or investigational R&D and preliminary applications, and educational use. It is ideal for microbial culture, cell culture, small scale protein expression, transition from shake or tissue culture flasks and much more. The Sartorius BIOSTAT A Plus  is a single house design with integrated measurement and control its hardware gassing, motor system, pumps, temperature all the while providing laboratory bench space.
