The Sciex QTRAP 6500+ System features intuitive software and user-friendly interfaces, making it easy for researchers to set up experiments and analyze data. It also offers a range of advanced features, including multiple reaction monitoring (MRM), enhanced product ion (EPI) scanning, and scheduled MRM (sMRM) for highly targeted analyses.

The Sciex QTRAP 6500+ System comes equipped with (2) Sciex/Schimadzu LC-40DXR UHPLC pumps with flow rates between 0.1 uL/min to 10 mL/min. The pumps offer extended pressure range (up to 70 MPa/10,000 PSI). A dual piston design minimizes pulsation for stable chromatography in isocratic, binary or LPGE modes.

The system also features a Sciex/Schimadzu SIL-40CXR Autosampler. The SIL-40C XR utilizes a needle in the flow path design for 0.1 to 50 μL injection volumes, making the system capable of handling pressures up to 80 MPa/11,600 PSI. The sample compartment can hold 3 plates (1.5/2 mL vials 54 vials x 3 plates) and is capable of temperature control from 4-45 C. This system includes a 50 uL sample loop and one rack for 1.5/2 mL vials.

• Sciex/Schimadzu CTO-40C: Full-sized oven with forced air temperature control. Temperature range from 10°C below ambient temperature to 100°C. Capacity of up to 6 x 250 mm columns. This unit accommodates a manual injector, mixer, and 2 switching valves.
• System includes automatic rinse kit, Nexera reservoir tray and Shimadzu solvent bottles (5).
