The Shimadzu ICPE-9000 ICP-AES Multitype ICP Emission Spectrometer is an inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer used for ultra-trace element detection and component analysis. Used in a broad range of fields, the unit features ppb-level detection ability and 5-6 orders of linear dynamic range, which permits a wide concentration of samples to be measured.
With a wavelength range of 167 nm to 800 nm, the Shimadzu ICPE-9000 ICP-AES Multitype ICP Emission Spectrometer features a vacuum type Echelle optical system in combination with a large scale CCD detector. This design ensures stable performance over extended periods. The unit also features a "mini torch" minimizing costs by reducing consumption of argon gas to half that of conventional torches.
The user-friendly software offers such features as a Method Development Assistant and a Diagnosis Assistant to easily handle automatic wavelength optimization as well as interference corrections.
