The Thermo Scientific NanoDrop One C UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is a compact, stand-alone UV-visible spectrophotometer that can measure highly concentrated samples of a wide variety of analytes without the need for dilution. It can measure the content of biologically significant molecules in micro volumes (1-2 μl) and cuvettes. It can also quantify and qualify RNA, DNA, and protein samples in seconds with only 1–2 μL.
