Digital Instruments Nanoscope Dimension 3100 Controller

The Digital Nanoscope Dimension 3100 Controller integrates the power supply, illuminator, vacuum and air pumps. It is controlled by via serial cable that is connected to the computer. It features gauges on the front panel to indicate its vacuum and positive pressures. The controller allows the chuck to glide smoothly over the granite, while its channels provide positive pressure to the underside of the chuck during its X-Y movements.
