The Leica Quebec Darkfield Colony Counter Model 3325 allows you to count bacterial colonies quickly and accurately with an even, glare-free illumination. Features include: annular reflector spreads light from 40-watt bulb uniformly over entire culture plate, front mounted operating switch, hinged door, container holder adapters for  centering round dishes up to 100 mm diameter or square culture plates up to 100 x 100 mm, adjustable focusing rod allows 1.5 X lens to be raised or lowered for magnified viewing, lens rotates 360° for ready access to culture plates, reset bar provides immediate zeroing of five-digit counter and built-in tilt leg may be mounted in front or rear.
