The Pike Technologies MappIR Automated Sampling Wafer Accessory is a fully automated accessory for the mapping analysis of wafers. Capable of accepting wafers up to 8 inches (200 mm) in diameter, the MappIR samples wafers in either the specular reflection or transmission mode. The MappIR fits inside the sample compartment of most full size FTIR instruments.
