Thermo Scientific MaxQ 5000 Floor-Model Shaker

The Barnstead MaxQ 5000 Incubating Floor Model Shaker offers you convenience, flexibility in temperature, and consistency in a large capacity format. This incubator shaker can accommodate six 4L flasks, four 6L flasks or six 2800mL Fernbach flasks, and features hands free operation with a foot pedal.

This floor model shaker features a triple eccentric drive for smooth operation even with heavy loads, up to 34Kg, and can be operated continuously, or in timed functions up to 999 hours. This floor model shaker has a variable speed control that ranges between 15- 500rpm with a soft start to prevent splashing. Users can set temperatures, alarm parameters, and view individual readings for time temperature and speed from the digital display.

The Barnstead MaxQ 5000 has a slanted viewing window that allows users to monitor their samples without interrupting a session or disturbing the temperature. Features a wide temperature range of between 10°C above ambient to +60°C with an accuracy of ±0.1°C and is an ideal choice for lab applications such as cell culture, staining and destaining, plasmid purification, extraction procedures, protein expression, solubility studies, and many others.
