The Thermolyne Type 47900 Programmable Benchtop Muffle Furnace Model F47925 designed with multiple safety features, provides 120 cubic inches (2L) of heating area and a temperature range of 100°C to 1200°C. It’s adjustable Alarm or Overtemperature Protection (OTP) setting can be used to protect the furnace or loaded chamber from excessive heat. Thermocouple break protection cuts power to the heating elements, preventing a thermocouple failure runaway condition.
