The Applied Biosystems 785A Programmable Absorbance Detector is a LC variable wavelength detector that can operate from 190-700nm. Nitrogen purge hook-up is present for desired operation below 200nm. This instrument is fully programmable from the front-panel user interface, or it can be controlled remotely from the RS232 port.
