The Shimadzu SIL-10AP Autosampler uses the fixed-loop injection method. It can also perform sample pretreatment, including dilution and mixing, at a high speed. Sample vials ranging from microtiter plates to 13mL vials are supported, and can be used in a wide range of applications from analytical to semi-preparative work. It is a preparative autosampler that can inject up to 5 mL.
