The GE Healthcare Life Sciences Ettan IPGphor 3 Isoelectric Focusing System is a fully integrated isoelectric focusing (IEF) system optimized to deliver high throughput, ease of use, speed, reproducibility, and high protein-loading capacity. The lid design allows optimum running with light-sensitive protein samples. The system is fully compatible with the earlier Ettan IPGphor IEF unit and is ideal for 2-D DIGE applications. There is an automatic voltage cutoff when the safety lid is opened.
